The spreadsheet solitaire that hides in plain sight.
Looks like work. Plays like Klondike. Hide your game with a keypress.
Made for all of us stuck in an open floor plan office, Sneaky Solitaire is a free online spreadsheet solitaire card game by afguld. It renders a complete standard Klondike solitaire game inside a spreadsheet grid, the same interface millions of office workers stare at every day, so nosy coworkers can't see that you're not working from across the room.
People will see you concentrating hard, clicking and typing intently in a spreadsheet, and think you're working on the monthly reconciliation.
Press h and the game board fills with random dollar figures. Press it again and your game is right back where you left it.
You can use the mouse, keyboard or both to play. (Using both is fastest.) It will sound to your cubicle neighbor just like you're crunching numbers.
No bright green backgrounds, no casino sounds and alarms, no eye-catching animations, just the quiet satisfaction of a well-played game at work.
Just remember to take breaks and get some actual work done...
So you don’t get caught by your boss! You can zoom in using the browser’s zoom control (usually Ctrl +).
We plan on adding an auto-solver later that can tell you when you’ve lost.
No, this auto-play function is not implemented because it affects your score to have to pull cards back off the foundation to wriggle out of a tight spot.
Yes, someday soon. Check back here for updates.
Anything that affects or should affect your score counts as a move, such as a pass through the whole stock, moving cards into and out of the foundation, etc.
We might add the capability of logging games in the future, but we really don't want to have to use logins.
It's designed for office computers where the screen is big enough for your boss to see from a distance. We might make a mobile version someday, if we can figure out how to fit everything onscreen.
